HR Coordinator – Horsham

Job Overview

Position Summary

Working closely with the wider Employee Solutions team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and integrity of our HR Information System (HRIS). Collaborating with the Recruitment and L&D Coordinators, you will support the onboarding of new employees, including the preparation of offer documentation and completion of references.


Key Responsibilities

  • Providing HR data and systems management, including reporting.

  • Administration of company benefits schemes.

  • Checking absence data in conjunction with timesheets and highlighting discrepancies.

  • Coordinating annual appraisals and appraisal documentation.

  • Managing HR filing and providing a high level of administrative support.

  • Providing support across the wider HR team as needed.


Skills and Experience Required

  • Hold a CIPD qualification or be keen to study towards one.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and policies.

  • Experience of HRIS management.

  • At least 2 years’ experience within a similar HR role.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.

  • A positive and proactive “can-do” attitude.

  • Excellent MS Office and systems/database management skills.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
