Program Coordinator at Envision Pharma Group

General Purpose/Summary of Job

Under direction from the Account Manager, provide proactive project management assistance support to the account management team to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of projects and programs to clients. Lead key projects deliverables and liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders in the development and execution of key deliverables.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide project management support to assist and develop, but not limited to, the following:

  • Status reports

  • Meeting notes and contact summaries

  • Meeting agendas

  • Timeline development and tracking

  • Studio and editorial requests and tracking

  • Marketing/Regulatory/Legal electronic submissions of assets (such as slide decks), linking of annotated references, and supporting documentation

  • Ordering references

  • Maintain a succinct and organized electronic filing system of key documents by project

  • Schedule internal and external meetings

  • Meeting material preparation such as printing, collating, and packaging materials

  • Administrative support.


Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent organization and communication skills

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

  • Flexible

  • Proactive and able to use own initiative when appropriate

  • Ability to prioritize

  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.



  • College degree preferred

  • One to two years related experience preferred but not required; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience with electronic medical/legal/regulatory systems such as Zinc, Veeva Vault, or Mercury preferred.
