Program support at Envision Pharma Group

Rapidly expanding, this is an exciting time for our organisation, and a great time to join our team. With a vision for continued growth, we now have an opportunity within our Program Support Function, for a Project Coordinator or Program Manager to join one of our key account teams.

Skilled program support is essential to the smooth running of our account teams, and enables them to maintain high standards in all aspects of the work. For this reason, our program support specialists are at the heart of their teams.

In this role you will:

  • Work with Envision colleagues across the business, both within and outside the account team to develop, modify and implement publication plans

  • Understand that process compliance is fundamental to our business. To this end, you will use Datavision to maintain plan records and ensure that each client’s working practices are followed rigorously

  • Have direct contact with the client and with other external experts

  • Use your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate people, tasks and projects to ensure successful delivery.

To succeed in this busy and varied role, you will be organised in your approach to your own work, but also know how to help others get organised. The successful candidate will be proactive, and have the confidence to ask questions and put forward their ideas on how the team can work ever more efficiently, or overcome project challenges as they arise.

You will have energy, drive, and enthusiasm. In addition, your flexibility and attention to detail will bring success in this role. Essential is a ‘can-do’ attitude and a desire to succeed. Experience of financial management will be an advantage.

Previous experience in project/program support of publication planning activities within a medical communications environment is a prerequisite. The successful candidate will also have a very good working knowledge of Datavision, and outstanding computer software skills (Microsoft Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook]; internet search engines).
